Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services of Leather Car Rental.

By renting a vehicle through our website or in person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (25+ for select vehicles)

• Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Morocco

• Provide valid identification and a credit or debit card

2. Booking and Payment

• A valid payment method is required to confirm the reservation

• Rental prices may vary depending on the season, rental period, and vehicle type

• A security deposit may be required and is refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection

3. Pick-Up & Return

• Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location

• Late returns may incur additional charges

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided

4. Use of Vehicle

Renters must:

• Drive responsibly and comply with all Moroccan traffic laws

• Not permit unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities or off-road driving (unless expressly permitted)

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance coverage may be included or offered as an optional add-on

• Renters are responsible for any damages, theft, or loss not covered by insurance

• Additional insurance options may be available upon request

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start may be eligible for a full or partial refund

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a full charge

7. Vehicle Maintenance

• All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained

• In case of a breakdown or issue, contact our support line immediately

• Do not attempt repairs without prior authorization

8. Prohibited Activities

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited (cleaning fees apply)

• Animals may only be transported using appropriate carriers

• Any unlawful, negligent, or reckless use will result in immediate termination of the rental

9. Off-Hours Pickup/Drop-Off Surcharge

• Our standard pickup and drop-off hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• If a customer requests pickup or drop-off outside these hours, a surcharge of €29 will apply

• This surcharge is not included in the booking form but is clearly stated here in the terms

• By checking “I accept the terms and conditions” during booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this surcharge, which will be charged on-site if applicable

10. Modifications to Terms

• Leather Car Rental reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice

• Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms

11. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution within the jurisdiction of Casablanca
